OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Securities Act dated August 11, 2016, and pursuant to Sections 4 and 7 of
Chapter 418 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Securities Act , is pleased, commencing September 13, 2016: (
a) designate Shirley Lee of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), as the Vice-Chair of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission until May 16, 2019; and (
b) determine the remuneration for Shirley Lee as a member and Vice-chair of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission to be $39,000 per year, plus expenses.
