Chapter 312 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Notaries and Commissioners Act, is pleased to revoke the appointments of the following persons as Commissioners for taking Affidavits: Ross Denman of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; and Colin Brien of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality.
