OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board dated February 22, 2019, pursuant to subsection 24(1) of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to direct the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board to determine the claims or debts hereinafter set forth are not collectable and to write them off during the fiscal year 2018-19.
