Order in Council 975/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 3 of the McMichael Canadian Art Collection Act ,

Debra Fenwick of Toronto

be reappointed as a trustee of the board of trustees of the McMichael Canadian Art Collection, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding 3 years, effective the later of June 25, 2023 or the date this Order in Council is made.
