Order in Council 1373/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 4(2) of Ontario Regulation 191/95 made under the Public Guardian and Trustee Act , Brett Kichiy of Toronto be appointed as part-time member of the Investment Advisory Committee of the Public Guardian and Trustee, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Brett Kichiy is appointed as a public servant and shall not participate in the fixing of the interest rates to be paid on money in the hands of the Public Guardian and Trustee.
