OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour dated February 25, 1999, pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 337 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Pay Equity Act, and

Section 18 of

Chapter 235 of the said Revised Statutes, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint Davis C. Edwards of R.R.#1 Head of Chezzetcook, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Pay Equity Commission for a term of office of three years commencing April 1, 1999; and (

b) fix the remuneration of Davis C. Edwards at a rate of $100.00 per diem for each day he attends to the business of the Pay Equity Commission as a member.
