OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Sydney Steel Corporation Act , dated January 7, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 8 of
Chapter 456 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Sydney Steel Corporation Act , is pleased to: (
a) revoke the following appointment: David MacNeil as member of the Sydney Steel Corporation Board of Directors; which appointment was made by Order in Council 2010-49 dated February 02, 2010; (
b) make the following appointment for a term of five years from February 19, 2020: Mike Queripel, as a member of the Sydney Steel Corporation Board of Directors.
