Order in Council 182/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 42(4) of the Courts of Justice Act , the Honourable Justice Aston Joseph Hall, a regional senior judge, be appointed as Associate Chief Justice for a fixed term of six years, effective June 3, 2021.
