Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, as amended, the Public Service Act, and to Order in Council 2002-286 dated June 17, 2002, which Order established the Department of Energy, is pleased, effective June 17, 2002, to appoint the Honourable Gordon D. Balser, a Member of the Executive Council, to be Minister of Energy.
