OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated March 25, 2003, and pursuant to

Section 61 of

Chapter 208 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Hospitals Act, and

Section 44A of

Chapter 70 of the said Revised Statutes, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint the following persons as members of the Review Board for all facilities under the Hospitals Act, each for a two year term commencing April 1, 2003, and ending March 31, 2005: Francine Vezina of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality; Debbie Adams of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; Stephen Johnson of Wolfville, Kings County; and Janine Kerr of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality; (

b) appoint the following persons as members of the Review Board for all facilities under the Hospitals Act each for a three year term commencing April 1, 2003, and ending March 31, 2006: Dr. Jim O'Brien of Baddeck, Victoria County; and Dr. Grainne Neilson of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.
