Order in Council 525/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to paragraph 1 of subsection 5(2) and subsection 5(6) of the Niagara Escarpment Planning and Development Act ,

Rocco Vacca of Niagara Falls

be reappointed as part-time member and redesignated as chair of the Niagara Escarpment Commission for a fixed term of three years, effective the later of July 1, 2025 and the date this Order in Council is made.
