OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated October 25, 2007, and upon notice of a fee increase having been presented to the Clerk of Assembly in accordance with

Section 4 of

Chapter 8 of the Acts of 2007, the Fees Act, and pursuant to

Section 25 of

Chapter 323 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Off-highway Vehicles Act, is pleased to amend the Off-highway Vehicles Fee Regulations, N.S. Reg. 103/2004, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2004-138 dated March 30, 2004, to adjust fees for the use of certain off-highway vehicle trails in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after November 13, 2007.
