Order in Council 610/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 28(1) of the Building Code Act, 1992, Andras Szonyi of the City of Oshawa is hereby reappointed as a part-time member of the Building Materials Evaluation Commission for a fixed term of three years, effective on the later date of April 25, 2026 and the date this Order in Council is made.

Pursuant to

section 28(2) of the Building Code Act, 1992, Andras Szonyi of the City of Oshawa is hereby redesignated as a part-time Vice-Chair of the Building Materials Evaluation Commission for a fixed term of three years, effective on the later of April 25, 2026 and the date this Order in Council is made.
