B.C. Reg. 180/2010 , deposited June 25, 2010, pursuant to the EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE ACT [Section 35] and the EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ACT [Section 26]. Order in Council 461/2010, approved and ordered June 24, 2010.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective July 1, 2010,

(

a) the Employment and Assistance Regulation, B.C. Reg. 263/2002, is amended as set out in

section 1 of the attached Schedule, and

(

b) the Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 265/2002, is amended as set out in

section 2 of the attached Schedule.

Schedule

1 The Employment and Assistance Regulation, B.C. Reg. 263/2002, is amended

(

a) in

section 11 (1) (g),

section 1 (a) (vii) of

Schedule B and

section 6 (

f) of

Schedule D by striking out " a sales tax credit under " and substituting " a tax credit under

section 8 [refundable sales tax credit] , 8.1 [low income climate action tax credit] or 8.2 [BC harmonized sales tax credit] of ", and

(

b) by repealing

section 11 (1) (ll),

section 1 (a) (xxxv) of

Schedule B and

section 6 (ff) of

Schedule D.

2 The Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 265/2002, is amended

(

a) in

section 10 (1) (g),

section 1 (a) (vii) of

Schedule B and

section 6 (

f) of

Schedule D by striking out " a sales tax credit under " and substituting " a tax credit under
