CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Gas Inspection and Licensing Act (Assented to October 30, 1987) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Gas Inspection and Licensing Amendment Act, 1987. R.S.S. I978, c.G-4;

section amended Clause 35(2)(

b) of The Gas Inspection and Licensing Act is amended by striking out “but shall not exceed $2,000 for any one bond”. Coming into force This Act comes into force on the day of assent. REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN Printed by the authority of THE QUEEN’S PRINTER
