OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated July 29, 2010, and pursuant to Sections 9 and 10 of
Chapter 25 of the Acts of 1998, the Real Estate Appraisers Act, is pleased to, effective September 8, 2010: (
a) revoke the appointment of Valerie A. Folk, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2010-156 dated April 17, 2010; and (
b) appoint Kenzie MacDonald of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a replacement for the vacancy as a lay person to the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Real Estate Appraisers Association for the balance of the unexpired term, for a term ending on April 6, 2012.
