OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture dated March 24, 2000, pursuant to Sections 25, 26 and 27 of
Chapter 25 of the Acts of 1996, the Fisheries and Coastal Resources Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint the following persons as members of the Nova Scotia Fisheries and Aquaculture Loan Board, each for a term of office of three years commencing April 14, 2000, and ending April 13, 2003: Edmond Aucoin of Antigonish, Antigonish County; Peter J. Goth of Port Hood, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; Harald A. Norve of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; Eric M. Nowe of R.R.#2 Lunenburg, Lunenburg County; and (
b) designate Edmond Aucoin as Vice-Chair of the Nova Scotia Fisheries and Aquaculture Loan Board.
