On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective January 22, 2024,

section 27 of the Off-Road Vehicle Regulation, B.C. Reg. 193/2015, is amended by repealing item 4 of the Schedule.
