OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated June 17, 2008, pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 415 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Scott Maritimes Limited Agreement

(1965) Act, and pursuant to the Agreement attached as a

Schedule to the aforesaid Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to consent to a transfer of the 1965 Agreement and the rights thereunder from Neenah Paper Company of Canada to Northern Pulp Nova Scotia Corporation substantially in the form set out in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after June 24, 2008.
