OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the administration of the Liquor Control Act dated April 30, 1999, pursuant to

Section 17 of

Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke Order in Council 1998-326 dated June 30, 1998; and (

b) determine salaries for unionized employees of the Nova Scotia Liquor Commission in Local 470 and 470E of the Nova Scotia Government Employees Union at the rates set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on, from and after April 1, 1998, to and including March 31, 2000.
