OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 10, 2009, and pursuant to

Section 13 of

Chapter 250 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Land Titles Clarification Act, is pleased to approve Petition Nos. 37005, 36999, 37004, 36998 and 37003 and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to issue certificates of release to the effect that the Crown asserts no interest or claim to the parcels of land containing a total of: i) 8 hectares, more or less, situated at Economy, Colchester County, shown hatched on

Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; ii) 11 hectares, more or less, situated at Broadway, Pictou County, shown hatched on

Schedule "B", attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; iii) 40.5 hectares, more or less, situated at Belle Marche, Inverness County, shown hatched on

Schedule "C", attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; iv) 86 hectares, more or less, situated at Bucklaw, Victoria County, shown hatched on

Schedule "D", attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; and v) 63 hectares, more or less, situated at Rear Judique Chapel, Inverness County, shown hatched on

Schedule "E", attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
