OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Liquor Control Act dated October 11, 2024, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act , is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Jennifer Abbey of Halifax Regional Municipality as a director of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation for a term of two (2) years commencing February 6, 2025; and (
b) reappoint Susan MacDougall of Kings County as a director of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation for a term of three (3) years commencing February 6, 2025.
