OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Utility and Review Board Act dated June 30, 2016, and pursuant to Sections 5 and 7 of
Chapter 11 of the Acts of 1992, the Utility and Review Board Act , is pleased to, effective July 28, 2016: (
a) appoint Richard J. Melanson of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board; (
b) appoint Steven M. Murphy of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board; and (
c) order that the remuneration for each of Richard J. Melanson and Steven M. Murphy as members of the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board be paid in accordance with Order in Council 2007-501 dated September 25, 2007.
