Order in Council 1324/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 849/2015, dated June 23, 2015, Dr. Marie Pierre Carpentier was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And

Whereas Dr. Marie Pierre Carpentier has, in writing, resigned her appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective May 26, 2015;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 849/2015, dated June 23, 2015, appointing Dr. Marie Pierre Carpentier as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
