OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Emergency Management dated September 23, 2025, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Emergency Management entering into an Agreement with the other provincial and territorial emergency management offices in Canada to share in the cost of secretariat services for the Canadian Council of Emergency Management Organizations (CCEMO) on a year-to-year basis, substantially in the form set forth in Appendix “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the agreement.
