Order in Council 1147/2020
On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 57(1.1) of the Education Act and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Karen R. Restoule of Dokis First Nation be appointed as part-time member and Associate Chair of the Ontario Special Education Tribunal (English) for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending April 4, 2022.
