OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development dated June 17, 2010, and pursuant to Orders in Council 81-1422, 85-342, 2005-131, 2007-114 and the Articles of Association of Trade Centre Limited dated December 2, 1981, as amended from time to time, is pleased to, effective June 17, 2010, revoke the appointments of Kelliann Dean and Frank Anderson as Directors of Trade Centre Limited and appoint Ian Thompson as a non-voting Director of Trade Centre Limited.
