CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Department of Tourism and Renewable Resources Act (Assented to March 31, 1981) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Department of Tourism and Renewable Resources Amendment Act, 1981. Rev. Stat. c.D-24 The Department of Tourism and Renewable Resources Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended 3(1) Clauses 6(

d) and (

e) are repealed.

(2) The following clause is added after clause 6(i): “(i.1) The Wildlife Act”.

Section 10.21 amended Clause 10.21(
