OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated January 11, 2011, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective January 11, 2011, to: (

a) revoke Order in Council 2009-297, dated June 19, 2009, assigning responsibility for the Gateway Initiative to the Honourable Bill Estabrooks, a Member of the Executive Council; and (

b) assign responsibility for the Gateway Initiative to the Honourable Percy A. Paris, a Member of the Executive Council.
