OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for

Part I of the Gaming Control Act dated July 31, 2008, and pursuant to

Section 12 of

Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994-1995, the Gaming Control Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 2006-35 dated February 1, 2006, respecting the reappointment of Charles Cox of Truro as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Gaming Corporation, by striking out "three year term" and "January 30, 2009" in clause (

a) and substituting, respectively, "five year term" and "January 30, 2011".
