OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated June 14, 2017, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 511 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Youth Secretariat Act , and
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective June 15, 2017, to: (
a) revoke Order in Council 2015-242 dated July 24, 2015; and (
b) assign responsibility for the Nova Scotia Youth Secretariat to the Honourable Stephen McNeil, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister responsible for Youth.
