Order in Council 1038/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Michael Soo was reappointed a full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a term of five years, effective July 28, 2015, by Order in Council O.C. 827/2015;

And

whereas Michael Soo passed away;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 827/2015 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
