OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated February 10, 2015, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , and

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act , is pleased to:

a) approve the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal entering into a Memorandum of Agreement and two Easement Agreements with Halifax Regional Municipality to facilitate sewer improvement upgrades, on the terms as set out in

Schedule “A”,

Schedule “B” and

Schedule “C” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; and

b) approve the disposal and conveyance of an interest in certain lands to Halifax Regional Municipality by a grant of easement, being two sections of the Halifax Law Courts property, located at 1815 Upper Water Street, Halifax, being Parcel “SE-CA” and Parcel “SE-CB” more particularly described in

Schedule “D” and shown on the plan marked

Schedule “E” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for an aggregate nominal consideration of one dollar ($1.00).
