OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated February 7, 2002, and pursuant to Sections 158, 160, 161 and 162 of

Chapter 4 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1994, the Credit Union Act, is pleased to reappoint Donald Barry of Antigonish, Antigonish County, as a member of the Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation for a term of office of three years commencing February 6, 2002 and ending February 5, 2005.
