OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated June 19, 2009, pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective June 19, 2009, to: (
a) assign responsibility for the Credit Union Act to the Honourable Graham Steele, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister responsible for the Credit Union Act; and (
b) direct that, for administration purposes, all affairs and matters relating to the Credit Union Act be attached to the Department of Finance.
