On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 18(1) of the Highway 407 Act, 1998 , S.O. 1998, c. 28,

Jason Stitt

be reappointed as a dispute arbitrator to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order is made.
