OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated March 31, 2015, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act , is pleased to approve the making of a grant by the Minister of Health and Wellness on behalf of the Province in the total amount not to exceed four million five hundred thousand dollars ($4,500,000.00) to contribute to the funding of renovations at the Dartmouth General Hospital, Nova Scotia Health Authority, the cost of which grant is to be paid on the basis of invoiced costs submitted to the Department of Health and Wellness and charged to “Capital Grants, Department of Health and Wellness”, effective on and after April 21, 2015.
