Order in Council 1625/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

WHEREAS by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1417/2013, dated the 2 nd day of October 2013, Richard Alan Beresford was reappointed as a member of the Township of Georgian Bluffs Police Services Board for a period of three years, effective from October 2, 2013, and his reappointment will soon expire;

AND

WHEREAS Richard Alan Beresford has agreed to be further reappointed as a member of the Township of Georgian Bluffs Police Services Board;

THEREFORE pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Richard Alan Beresford is hereby reappointed as a member of the Township of Georgian Bluffs Police Services Board for a further period of two years, effective from October 2, 2016.
