Statute: Homes for Special Care Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated March 26, 2002, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 203 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Homes for Special Care Act, is pleased to: (

a) amend Order in Council 1999-33 dated February 3, 1999, as amended by Order in Council 2001-36 dated January 25, 2001, and as amended by Order in Council 2001-536 dated November 15, 2001, respecting appointments to the Halifax County Regional Rehabilitation Centre Board of Management, by deleting from the third line of paragraph (

a) thereof and from the third and fourth lines of paragraph (

b) thereof "March 31, 2002" and substituting therefor in each case "June 30, 2002"; and (

b) amend Order in Council 1999-157 dated April 7, 1999, as amended by Order in Council 2001-36 dated January 25, 2001, and as amended by Order in Council 2001-536 dated November 15, 2001, respecting an appointment to the Halifax County Regional Rehabilitation Centre Board of Management, by deleting from the sixth and seventh lines thereof "March 31, 2002" and substituting therefor "June 30, 2002".
