On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

as a part-time member of the North East Local Health Integration Network under the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006, be revoked, effective June 30, 2017.
