Order in Council 258/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5(2) of the Capital Investment Plan Act, 1993 ,

Paul Potvin , of Toronto

be reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Financing Authority to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not exceeding three years, effective the earlier of February 15, 2020 or the date this Order in Council is approved.
