Order in Council 164/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021 , William Middleton of Kanata be reappointed as full-time member of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective April 24, 2022.
