B.C. Reg. 265/2008 , deposited October 10, 2008, pursuant to the COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION ACT [Sections 2, 126, 210 and 211]. Order in Council 734/2008, approved and ordered October 9, 2008.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Cooperative Association Regulation, B.C. Reg. 391/2000, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

Section 5 of the Cooperative Association Regulation, B.C. Reg. 391/2000, is repealed and the following substituted:

Annual report

(1) For the purpose of

section 126 (1) of the Act, the following information is prescribed as the information that must be contained in the annual report:

(

a) full name of the association;

(

b) incorporation number;

(

c) date of annual general meeting for that year;

(

d) full physical address, including postal code, of the registered office;

(

e) full names and residential addresses, including postal codes, of the directors.

(2) For the purpose of

section 126 (2) of the Act, the following information is prescribed as the information that must be contained in the annual report:

(

a) full name of the extraprovincial association;

(

b) British Columbia extraprovincial registration number;

(

c) anniversary date of registration in British Columbia;

(

d) full names and residential addresses, including postal codes, of the directors.

2 The following

section is added:

Publication on website

14 For the purposes of the provisions of the Act that authorize the registrar to publish a notice in a prescribed manner, the registrar may publish the notice by including it on a website maintained by or on behalf of the government.

Schedule A is amended

(

a) in item 12 by adding "or extraprovincial association" after "an association", and

(

b) by adding the following items as indicated:

Schedule C is amended by repealing Forms 1 to 6 and Forms 8 and 10.
