OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated May 6, 2015, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Attorney General and Minister of Justice entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Prince Edward Island, respecting post-mortem examinations and other services provided by the Nova Scotia Medical Examiner Service to the Government of Prince Edward Island, substantially in the form as set out in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, with such modifications as the Attorney General and Minister of Justice determines are necessary
