OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage dated October 20, 2015, and pursuant to

Section 5 of

Chapter 425 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Sherbrooke Restoration Commission Act , is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Clarence Humber of Port Bickerton, Guysborough County, as member of the Sherbrooke Restoration Commission for a three year term commencing December 1, 2015; (

b) appoint Donald Armstrong of Guysborough, Guysborough County, as member of the Sherbrooke Restoration Commission for a three year term commencing December 1, 2015; and (

c) confirm that each member shall be entitled to actual and reasonable travelling and living allowances while attending meetings or travelling on behalf of the Commission.
