Order in Council 848/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 49(3) and 51(1) of the Health Protection and Promotion Act ,

Lee Rowden of St. Thomas

appointed as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the Elgin-St. Thomas Health Unit by Order in Council numbered O.C. 2281/2017 dated November 29, 2017 is appointed as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the Oxford Elgin St. Thomas Health Unit a result of Oxford County Health Unit merging with Elgin-St. Thomas Health Unit, effective May 1, 2018 and ending on November 28, 2020.

Order in Council numbered O.C. 2281/2017 is revoked effective May 1, 2018.
