Order in Council 73/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 86.1(1) of the Courts of Justice Act , Paul J. Barnes , Barrister and Solicitor of Toronto, Ontario, be appointed as associate judge of the Superior Court of Justice, effective January 29, 2026.
