B.C. Reg. 417/2004, deposited September 15, 2004, pursuant to the PROVINCIAL REVENUE STATUTES AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2), 2003 [Section 12] and the MOTOR FUEL TAX ACT [Section 71]. Order in Council 899/2004, approved and ordered September 14, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

1 Sections 1, 2 (b), 3, 6 and 8 (

b) and (

c) of the Provincial Revenue Statutes Amendment Act, (No. 2), 2003,

S.B.C. 2003, c. 64, are brought into force.

2 The Motor Fuel Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 414/85, is amended in

section 49 (1) and (2) by adding ", a retail dealer" after "a vendor".
