B.C. Reg. 284/2005, deposited September 16, 2005, pursuant to the BRITISH COLUMBIA RAILWAY (REVITALIZATION) AMENDMENT ACT, 2003 [Section 7]. Order in Council 681/2005, approved and ordered September 14, 2005.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

section 2 of the

British Columbia Railway (Revitalization) Amendment Act, 2003 , S.B.C. 2003, c. 91, is brought into force.
