Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal and the Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development dated May 31, 2018, and pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act , is pleased to: (

a) authorize the disposal of certain lands, Lot 2-00 containing an area of 2.4531 hectares, more or less, located at or near Green Street, in the Municipality of the District of Guysborough, County of Guysborough, more particularly described in

Schedule “A” and shown on

Schedule “B” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; (

b) authorize the conveyance of Lot 2-00 containing an area of 2.4531 hectares, more or less, located at or near Green Street, in the Municipality of the District of Guysborough, County of Guysborough, to The Municipality of the District of Guysborough, a Municipal Body Corporate, of the County of Guysborough, for the nominal consideration of $1.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines to effect the conveyance of the lands herein above described.
